Step 1- Download the workbook

Step 2 -Return the completed docs to VH

Step 3-Get 1 on 1 mentorship and guidance from VH

Step 1

Our mission is to help as many people that are suffering with mental health so that they begin the cycle of recovery. Join us and create big changes with your ideas.

Once you return the package to info@veteranshouse.ca, we’ll reach out to you and set up a conference call.

Step 2 Getting Vetted

How the vetting process works at VH

The Business and Financial plans are vetted based on clarity of purpose, program merit and funding partnership availability.

There are three steps after you’ve submitted your Step 1 package:

Step 1-Meet with the VH representative

Step 2-We’ll review to see if you require mentorship

Step 3-Your NFP will be reviewed and the application for partnership begins

Step 3

What happens once your NFP application has been approved?

After you’re vetted by us, you’ll be contacted for a more in depth analysis, complete with a list of expectations in mentoring the development of your programs with Veterans House Charity.

Your organization will enter into a “Schedule A” Contract with Veterans House for Funding and Mentoring. A successful application also includes a seat for your NFP or organization on the VH Charity’s NFP Organizational Board. Although everyone wants to get funding and move their projects along realistically it takes 1-3 years to develop a business from scratch into a prosperous business. Part of the vetting process is to determine your group has the potential to succeed by following through on commitment and obligations.
